For Offshore Software Development Services Symphony plans to Penetrate China market through the acquisition route in China, according to the news. Company is planning to acquire or merger with the Chinese companies for the entry in to China market. India and China both are the IT giants and have the most market share as far as the IT Outsourcing and services are concerned. Both the countries are doing well and almost possess the same reputation and demand for IT services globally. But comparison facts and figures suggest that India has some edge over the China for Offshore Software Development and services. Mr. Ajay Kela, Symphony Services President India, declared that Symphony really wants to cater Chinese Market and was in negotiations with a partner in the Chinese market. Symphony has chosen the way of acquisition of the Chinese company that matches some of the criterias of the company. Mr. Ajay also stated that their company is planning to purchase the company and agreeable to purchase if the employee strength of the opposite company is around 1,000 people. Company Symphony has many of the clients who want to make their services and products available in China. This is considered to be the main reason why Symphony has chosen the way of acquisition path for their presence in China.

He stated that their company would contribute a team of 80 engineers for Iron Mountain across their two worldwide operating offices in Bangalore and Pune, India.
