According to him globalization facilitates great opportunities and new ways to any country for the future growth. Though, he also agreed that several people do lose employments as a result of globalization procedure, and this incident is really very painful for the people who are on the loosing side. Offshore Outsourcing is still in its early phases

Offshore Outsourcing is still in its early phases, but however cuts to the heart of American nervousness about the economy of the country. President took the long view of what he was viewing as its likely effects to the countries. He also stated that Indian talents are providing lots of services to America not in IT industry only but in other areas of the development also. He also indicated the opportunity for their country farmer and entrepreneurs to Offshore Development and services to Indian market as India has around a 300 million-person market of middle class civilians. Though the fact is around 70% of the American considers that Offshore Outsourcing is nothing but all about corporate greed for the cheaper services and hurting the economy of the country. Others believe that this process also hurts employment of the country very badly.

George W. Bush, who considers his re-election represented an approval of his policies, is pushing in front with business deals and economic promises and trying to handle public perceptions about overseas services and business deals. Noting that United States imports to India raised 30% in the year 2005, he stated economic cooperation between U.S. and India will help the U.S. economy and also bring advantages to India in many ways. A poll delivered Thursday by Fox News illustrates that 39% of U.S. people approve of Bush's job functioning, and talking up overseas business is not likely to help his ratings anymore. For U.S. people who flinch at the expansion of McDonald's and gangsta rap overseas, Bush strains the export of durable goods to India. He also grants that the American fast-food culture continues to make inroads in the future also.

Indians are buying air-conditioners, kitchen and home appliances and washing machines, and many other good and services from American companies or service providers like Genera Electronics and Whirlpool. These companies are covering and gaining good market by the way of Offshore Outsourcing. Though that is a cheering trend, but it comes with some risks also. In short both the countries are taking lots of service and help and gaining lots of benefits from each other.

Offshore Development is really the best practice for any of the countries to stay in the heavy competitive world. More and more countries are now getting involved in the process of Offshore Outsourcing to maintain their position in the market.
