NEC Corp to set up plant in India to grow for Offshore Outsourcing

NEC Corporation on Saturday pronounced it would set up a new company, NEC India Pvt. Ltd in India, next month to grow its Information Technology and network business in the swiftly expanding Indian market. Company declared that NCE Corp to establish new plant in India to grow for Offshore Outsourcing in the most demanding IT market of the country. They also stated that India is the country having more than enough skilled, talented and IT professionals to serve the needs and requirements of the perfect IT Outsourcing services. And all these facilities are available with unbelievable low labor rate and provide lots of flexibilities. Company also thinks that their way of Offshore Outsourcing would definitely have lots of advantages to the company. Company also has lots of expectation from this plant in India for Information Technology services and problem solutions.

Company stated that the new plant would facilitate solutions for construction of communication infrastructure and commercial Information Technology and network infrastructure services. New company in India would employ around 50 people in the initial stages and scale up the number of these employees to around 300 over the time period of next three years. According to the company the new plant would be established with a capital of $1 million and NEC Solutions Asia Pacific Pvt. Ltd would possess 60% share, with NEC holding rest 40% share.

Company also stated that their new plant in India for the purpose of Offshore Outsourcing would facilitate leading-edge IT, network solutions service like information systems, Internet protocol services and systems, security systems and facility, radio frequency identification service systems and wireless systems also.
