Though comparison of India and China for Software Outsourcing is bit difficult compared to the other countries, as both the countries are IT Outsourcing giants globally and almost running parallel. But according to the experts India definitely have more overall credit than China for IT services around the globe. They state that India at present is the dominance country for Software Outsourcing services and China could be stated as the best competitor to India for it. They state that India is clearly winning the software battle to China. According to them India at present is producing more and better industrial-strength for software services globally. Along with software services India is also very much demanded for so many prospects globally.

Software Outsourcing and other services

Another aspect that makes India demanded for IT Outsourcing services is the call center services from here. India possesses one of the largest pools of English speaking population. This attracts many companies for the call centers service center in India. India again provides the lower labor rate of services for Software Outsourcing and other overseas services. No doubt that India is very much famous for its Call Center services globally but software services goes even further. According to the experts a ton of first-rate and the best quality and complex code is being written in Bangalore and other high-tech cities of India. Big IT giants like IBM, Microsoft, Dell and many other companies also have their huge presence in India for IT Outsourcing services.

As far as Indian brand names are concerned they also have their unique image globally for IT services. Infosys Technologies from India hit $1 billion in revenue in last year. Other players of India like TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) and Wipro are big associations too. These and many more small IT players are very much demanded and well known globally for the most complex problem solutions globally. According to the experts, almost every big U.S. IT company has a relationship and/or development center in India or with Indian brand names. Even noticeable presence of Indian talents can also been marked in such big overseas IT companies. India talents have their positions on some of the higher posts in big IT giants companies including Microsoft, GE and many more.

Though there is one small problem that is arising slowly to harm the success of Software Outsourcing to India. The cost of development is slowly rising in India. A survey suggests that after the time period of 10 years from now India might not be the lower cost development center any more. But this prediction seems to be wrong about Software Outsourcing to India as in spite of raising costs in the country new companies from overseas are coming in India. According to the experts this problem might lead the overseas companies to look ahead at China for lower IT Outsourcing services as the cost in China is still very much lower than India.

From the view of the current market scenario it can be marked that India is well ahead not from other competitors globally but from China for Software Outsourcing services.
