According to news Offshore Outsourcing will have tough time ahead as the companies are not getting enough satisfaction as they used to previously. In the initial stages there were less Offshore Development companies who used to provide services to the overseas companies and there were really qualitative services from the house of these companies. But as the demand increased in the market more and more new companies also came into the existence and the service level went down from the house of these companies. Frauds also increased with the increment in the number of the Offshore Outsourcing companies.

It seems like its all getting over slowly and now the companies are getting back to take the help from their in house service providers especially in IT industry. Lots of survey and interviews are conducted in America for the reviews about sending the work overseas for the development purpose. But the outcome of this survey was surprising. The companies who were sending development work overseas for years were not happy any more with the services standards and terminating at least one of the overseas relationships with their vendors. Even the employees from these companies were also not happy by the overseas services.

The fact is that lots of IT Development work is sent to the destinations like India and China every day as a part of Offshore Outsourcing. IT companies from the house of America are seeking to such destinations for the benefits like low cost, flexibilities and many other. No doubt that there is increment in the competition in Offshore Outsourcing market but still the fact remains the same that more and more work is sent to these destinations. The survey suggests that significant part of the outsourcers seem and sound to be dissatisfied by the Offshore Development companies. They also find that there is no more cost savings from these destinations as they used to have in the past, as the cost is increasing gradually.

India and China are the destinations where American Software Development companies used to find all the facilities and cost savings. Both the countries are running parallel as far as Offshore Outsourcing in the field of IT is concerned. But the IT companies from the house of America now companies that the quality level has gone down in these countries as well as the cost is also rising. Still it is surprising that more and more IT jobs and works are sent overseas for the Offshore Development purpose to these destinations in spite of these many problems. Companies from America continue to hire the talents from these destinations.

At the end we can say that it is true that the IT Outsourcing is facing lots of problems like increase in the development cost, frauds, and many other issues, IT companies from America and other high wage destinations would not stop taking the help of overseas companies. It might sound that the era of Offshore Outsourcing would be over soon, but it is not possible at all.
