According to the news PSI and Bolero collaborate for an Offshore Software Development Center in India, which would provide IT services not only to India but globally. PSI Data Systems Limited has declared collaboration with Bolero Company, a supplier of financial supply chain (FSC) management application software and other IT service, to establish Offshore Outsourcing plant in the Indian Territory. Company PSI will broaden application development services along with maintenance and field support services to Bolero as a part of the contract. Both the companies are desperately to get the command in Indian market and want to cater Indian IT market by this plant of Offshore Software Development. They are desperate in taking advantages of IT Outsourcing services of the country.

It was also declared that The ODC will encourage an electronic compliance and matching resolution from Bolero that distributes online settlement of trade data.
